Folder Black

In my music folder, some files are listed in blue and some are listed in black as usual which it should be?
why are some files listed in blue?
Don’t know whether you use disk cleanup on your computer or something similar, but when these sort of programs are run they compress files that havn’t been used/opened in three months, and the colour changes to blue so you know which are compressed
to uncompress right click on your music folder, click properties, then click the general tab then click advanced click the box next to compress contents to save disk space until there is nothing in the box no green square or tick
